Material Handling and Sorting Grab for Excavators

The Engcon SG19 stone & sieve grab is designed for excavators weighing 12–16 tons, providing a reliable solution for material handling, sorting, and site clean-up tasks.

Part of Engcon’s SG series, the grab delivers strong gripping force while maintaining precise control, particularly when used with Engcon tiltrotators. For compatible machines, the EC-Oil automatic quick hitch system allows hydraulic connections to be made automatically without the operator leaving the cab.*

This makes the SG19 well suited for tasks such as handling rail materials, sorting scrap or ballast, and general attachment work around rail and civil projects.

Built for durability, the grab features reversible wear bars on the claws, reinforced joints with expander bushings, and a load valve with pressure accumulator that maintains gripping force during lifting operations.

Note: Engcon sorting grabs deliver the best performance when used with a tiltrotator, allowing precise positioning and improved handling of materials. Operators should consider the loads applied to the tiltrotator and ensure the attachment is used within the recommended operating limits.
