GRB 2500 Grading Beam

Flexible Surface Grading Attachment for Excavators

The Engcon GRB 2500 grading beam is a versatile attachment designed for efficient surface grading and material control on excavators weighing 6–30 tons.

Built with a bolt-on bracket system, the grading beam shares the same bolt pattern as other Engcon tools such as rock grabs, sorting grabs, compactors, and rotating brushes. This allows quick interchangeability and flexible machine setups.

For improved material handling, the side beams can be extended with bolt-on 500 mm extensions, allowing material to be contained within the working width of the beam during grading operations.

Designed for demanding jobsite conditions, the GRB 2500 features cutting steel on the leading edge and wear bars under the entire structure, ensuring long service life and dependable performance. The journalled compactor roller can also be raised or lowered, allowing operators to adjust compaction to suit the task.

Note: Engcon grading beams are most effective when used with a tiltrotator. Operators should consider the loads applied to the tiltrotator and use the grading beam for its intended purpose — surface grading. For moving larger volumes of material, Engcon buckets are recommended.
