PneuVibe is an Australian manufacturer with roots dating back to 1939, originating from Fred Burke Engineering’s foundations in general engineering, welding, and machining. Operating under the same roof since its early days, PneuVibe designs and manufactures high-performance pneumatic and hydraulic equipment built for durability in demanding construction and industrial environments.


The company offers an extensive range of tools and solutions, including Australian-Made Green Tick certified CP Series Hydraulic Vibratory Compactor Plates, alongside custom CNC machining and fabrication services to meet specialised project requirements.

PneuVibe Compactor Plates for Rail Applications

PneuVibe’s CP Series Hydraulic Vibratory Compactor Plates are engineered for efficient, high-performance compaction across a wide range of applications.


Designed for boom-mounted use, they excel in

  • confined areas

where traditional compactors are impractical.


Easily connected to existing excavator hydraulics, these durable attachments generate powerful impulse force through a rotating eccentric weight combined with machine downforce, delivering consistent compaction across most soil types while proudly carrying the Australian-Made Green Tick.


Harrybilt Engineering currently supplies the PneuVibe CP100 and CP201 compactor models, selected specifically for their suitability in rail environments and their ability to meet the demands of rail and heavy civil applications.
