Holding Stock Machines

Harrybilt Engineering have continued our partnership with Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia to invest in holding Stock Rail Machines.

Two Stock Hitachi Excavators are in the process of being converted to our S Series specifications:

  • One ZX170W-5 Wheeled Excavator fitted with our Rail Guidance System – Dual Gauge (Standard & Broad)
  • One ZX135US-5 Tracked Excavator fitted with our Hi Rail System – Triple Gauge (Narrow, Standard & Broad)

The S Series has been designed for the operator to withstand the most severe working conditions while remaining safe, versatile, efficient and simple to operate. To enquire about these machines, please contact us on 03 5339 4859 or info@harrybilt.com.au

The team have been working hard on these machines as well as more in our shed and look forward to delivering excavators that can withstand the most severe working conditions while remaining safe and simple to operate.

New Shed Progression

We are seeing the new shed progressing every day, it's really starting to take shape. Not long now until we can move in!

March 2024 News from Harrybilt Engineering. Proudly presenting the K18 S Series Machine, congratulations to four of our employees, and S Series rail guidance machine delivered to Western Australia.

We are back for 2024! The team at Harrybilt Engineering are back to work after a well-earned break. Over this time, we have had time to reflect on our highlights and achievements and want to thank all our suppliers and customers for making them possible in 2023. These highlights and achievements include; Sending many more Rail Maintenance Attachments overseas to places like New Zealand, the Philippines, Indonesia, the UK and more. Completing more Stock Road Rail Vehicles that have allowed our customers a quick turnaround for Rail Machine orders. Continued partnership with product and Excavator brands such as Hitachi, Komatsu and Engcon to provide turnkey solutions for our customers, along with the operational support in the field. We were able to continue our growth, increasing our staff throughout 2023. We have increased our workshop staff in the stores, fabrication and hydraulics areas to meet this increased demand in the Rail Industry. The implementation of a new Manufacturing Software System that has provided improvements in our internal processes, work flow and efficiency. We have many plans for another successful year that we look forward to achieving together and are keen to get back to work and see what 2024 will bring.
