Labourer / Workshop Assistant
We are currently seeking a Labourer / Workshop Assistant to join our team. This is a hands on, varied role that offers the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive workshop environment. You’ll play an important part in assisting our skilled trades team and helping keep jobs running smoothly across a range of work including road rail trucks, excavators, trailers, and rail maintenance attachments.
In this role, you will be involved in a range of practical tasks such as operating workshop saws, assisting with stores duties and carrying out general workshop and equipment maintenance. You’ll also support basic assembly work, attachment fitting, paint preparation, and operate equipment such as a brake press.

Painting Labourer
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Painting Labourer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with general workshop or labouring experience, particularly if you have had exposure to painting, surface preparation or finishing work. You will assist with a variety of painting tasks, including sanding, cleaning, masking, and maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment.
We offer full time ongoing work within a supportive team, along with opportunities to build and develop your skills in painting and trade work.
